Purpose of processing personal data

The Puuinfon stakeholder register information is used for stakeholder communications, such as sending electronic newsletters, press releases and invitations, and marketing Puuinfon services and implementing customer service.
The Wood magazine subscriber register is used for distribution and invoicing of a printed magazine.

Information included in the data file

The Puuinfo stakeholder register may include the following information: name, organisation, postion, email address, contact information to the workplace, information concerning the stakeholder relationship, such as invoicing and payment information.
The Wood Magazine subscriber register include subscriber information such as name, delivery address and when necessary invoicing information. 

Regular sources of data

Data is regularly obtained, for example, via the Puuinfo website’s contact webform and newsletter subscriptions or from trusted public sources. Data is also obtained from the events organized by Puuinfon for which a person enrolls / attends, eg. training and seminars.

Regular disclosures of data and the transfer of data to countries outside the EU or the EEA

The data will not be transferred outside the EU or EEA and will not be transferred to other organizations.

File protection principles

The data is kept confidential. The registers are maintained through an electronic information system. Access to the system is protected by usernames and passwords.

Deleting data

Data can be removed from the request of the customer / stakeholder or after the end of the customer relationship.
